When you email or call us directly, we retain only the information needed to provide a quote or fulfill a rental agreement.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site traffic (pages viewed, general location, device type). GA4 is configured with consent mode — analytics storage stays off until you opt in via the cookie banner.

We use contact and event details solely to:

• Respond to quote requests and booking questions
