A $25 cleaning fee applies to every order and is refunded when equipment returns clean. Delivered orders do not require a deposit; pickup orders do.

Yes — $375 includes delivery within our base Augusta-area zone. If you’re farther out, we’ll confirm any mileage adjustment before booking.

Can we combine this with custom signs or balloons? +

Absolutely — most clients add balloon arches, printed signs, or acrylic welcome pieces from our custom decor menu.

Do you offer sidewalls or lighting? +

Sidewalls and string-light packages are available as add-ons. Mention it on your quote request.
